Eight Days and Counting...

Yes, I am blogging.

I rather enjoy writing, so I suppose blogging can only be just as appropriate. Except this time, other people can actually read my writings...that's a new one for me so we'll see how this goes...

I will be leaving on January 5th for Rome, Italy, and I will be living there for roughly 4 months. I am unashamedly petrified, but I'm slowly growing more and more excited by the day. I have known about this trip since my freshman year of college, but even so, this whole semester has somehow thrown my logical mind for a loop, and I feel so unprepared. But alas, I do believe that is part of the experience, isn't it?

So I welcome you to read my little blog. I hope you at least have a laugh at me and my little adventures.
